Industrial style desk ~ reveal 2/3

Welcome to part 2 of this 3 part series, the second industrial desk is built and I must say that we are all very happy with how it turned out! Our audio student had some design elements that he wanted incorporated into the second desk, I think we met all of his needs. This post will be picture heavy, some Industrial eye candy if you will…

You may have also noticed from the last post {here} that we have added some bottom shelving for storage & display.

As mentioned above, the second desk had some design criteria we were asked to meet, I believe we did that beautifully. He likes to stand when he produces, one of the tools that he will use is called Maschine. He asked if a portion of the top of the 2nd desk could tilt… at first we weren’t quite sure how the heck we were going to make this happen?! We’ll provide those details in the next post. Mr Meticulous will provide you with all of the nitty gritty details, no worries! The smaller of the two desks has a split top and a portion does in fact tilt, as required… clever Mr. Meticulous! I am very biased, but he is brilliant! <3
